These terms govern purchases of jewellery from Gourika Collection. Please read them before you place an order.
Gourika Collection is a Kolkata atelier selling gold plated jewellery, silver replica jewellery, pearls and temple jewellery for everyday and festive wear. We do not sell solid gold or solid silver. Pieces are designed to echo traditional silhouettes. They are not hallmarked fine gold or sterling silver unless a product page states a metal grade in writing.
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing or begin packing it. We may refuse or cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or payment cannot be verified. Cash on delivery, UPI and card are accepted where offered at checkout.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST unless we say otherwise. Photographs and replica finishes can vary slightly from screen to piece because plating, stone setting and handmade work are not identical. Colour, size and weight descriptions are approximate.
You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. You may not misuse the site, scrape catalogues, or attempt to access another customer’s order. Product images, copy and the Gourika Collection name remain our intellectual property.
We are responsible for supplying jewellery that matches the description on the product page, subject to the replica nature of the goods. We are not liable for indirect loss, delay caused by the courier after handover, or wear that follows normal use of plated or replica metal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow us to limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a consumer protection forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law must hear the dispute.
We may update these terms. The version linked in the website footer on the day you place an order applies to that order.
